Hi, My have been estranged from my mom for the past 10+ years. She is narcissistic and shut me out when I started building a life I wanted. My siblings also shut me out when my mom disapproved of my independence. Her health is failing and she is dying.

I need a support group to process my grief and loss, but its the loss of family support and relationships that I am grieving. Does anyone know of such a support group on line or in the Denver area?

You can look it up online in your area. I mean I can look it up for Denver area but I’ve never been to Denver so I think you’d find better options looking up yourself. I am sorry you are struggling. It can’t be easy. I hope you find help
