Hello dennerheidi: My condolences on your loss. One additional forum, here on PC, that might be of interest to you would be the Coping with Emotions forum. Here's a link:

https://psychcentralforums.com/coping-with-emotions/

And then here is a link to a listing of some of the grief-&-loss-related articles in PC's archives along with links to 3 additional articles on the subject of complicated grief one of them being the grief-&-loss quiz here on PC. This quiz is designed to help you determine if what you are experiencing might be considered complicated grief:

Coping with Grief | Psych Central

What is Complicated Grief?

Complicated Grief: How to Get Unstuck

Grief and Loss Quiz

I hope you find PC to be of benefit.

i am so very sorry for your loss and for your pain. your husband's unexpected death must be so devastating. please keep posting and sharing as much as you want to. when i was grieving, and i had no one to talk with, sometimes i would just talk out loud to myself. anything to get the pain out. wishing you less pain one day.

Hi dennerheidi. I am sorry for the loss of your husband. Grief is so difficult to cope with. Hope you are finding some relief.

When I lost my dad 3 years ago, I found a local support group that helped a lot.

They say the first year is the hardest, but there's no time schedule for grief. Know that there are people all over the world thinking of you and giving you virtual hugs.

I just want to give you a hug . I'm very sorry for your lost. Take it easy on yourself. Grief takes times to deal with. Do you have anyone who you could Talk to and stay with? Like a friend? Grief counselor?

HI, dennerheidi, and welcome to Psych Central! I'm so sorry for the loss of your husband. I'm sure that's a big gap in your life. But please try to get out and enjoy life. Other widows, I hear, are the best source of comfort and strength.

I lost my husband as well a couple of years ago. I lost a part of myself as well. I can't tell you how much it still hurts knowing I will never hear his voice again. I know how you must feel though now exactly what you are feeling. Every relationship is different so everyone;s grief is different. Just know that there are resources out there for you if you need them to help you through your grief. Feel free to PM me if you would like
