I think that that ghost is mostly something that might be able to be overcome with calling in something that you enjoy immensely when you are worried. (I don't have a particular favorite hobby but I enjoy planning things for my Law of Attraction that I'm not doing as something for 7 days which is normally what it is for. I'm trying to do it more as a life goal).

When I say that, I think that your hobby can take place of your thinking for a while and banish it.

I've also heard that magnesium helps with anxiety.
