I am not going to say its easy to stop, but, there are ways to help drown out your negative chatter. Im in therapy n this is something that Im now working through.Therapy would be, imho, the best way to help you with breaking the cycle, or atleast, reducing it...is therapy something youd consider? Please be gentle with yourself n come update us xx
