Does anyone know how I can stop doing this? I already have a call into my dentist. I am doing it nonstop. I can tell myself not to do it. But it’s getting to the point where I am becoming obsessed with telling myself to stop doing it. Then the second I stop doing it, I start it up again.

I don’t have a therapist until the end of April. Until then I am on my own. I am thinking of getting a day guard. I read online that they are really thin and barely noticeable compared to night guards. They won’t make you talk funny unless you have a speech impediment. Which is just great because I do have a speech impediment. My coworkers have already let me know that I talk funny. I am sure they will tear me a new one if I come In talking even funnier. I can’t think of what other options I have, since I am in a lot of pain from this.

Does anyone have any suggestions or comments?
