I am trying to not bite my nails and pick my skin.

I was never diagnosed with this, but I have been doing this since about 9 years old.

I am 45 now.

I bit my nails until I was in my late teens I think it was. When I decided I wanted to break the habit, I began carrying a nail clipper in my pocket. I kept my nails short & anytime I noticed anything that drew my attention to them I quick got out my clipper is smoothed it off. It worked.

Thank you @Skeezyks
