For a while now I’ve been going on political rants when I’m alone. I can’t remember when it started exactly but the earliest rang I can remember Summer before last. They are sometimes triggered by political content I watch online, but usually they just happen at random. The ones triggered by online content are usually imaginary debates rather than rants and they tend to happen when I’m watching debates and don’t feel like the person I agree with is doing a good job. I’m trying to get rid of this habit, but so far I’m not having any luck.

I do this with rymes
at first it was fun (like I'd make up a song about brushing my teeth, or eating my fruit), but then it just got stupid. I'd be sitting their watching a serious show, and then, without any real trigger, start singing about a baby on a bus going to the zoo it does actually annoy me now, but like I said it didn't used to the worst part is is that I can'tt control it I'll just be sat their focussed, then start doing my song about the baby on the bus at the moment it's 2. that one, or a song about someone losing their "fiddly stick" what the **** is a fiddly stick anyway?. I'm guessing like a fidget spimnner... I just don't know |

I have noticed during my time being subject to targeting ( Cyber Torture /Harassment) that you tend to subvocalize more due to the type of attack, for some reason you self -talk more as a direct result also if you are alone a lot of the time, you tend to think or self-talk more during the day.
