Now that spring is here, my rosacea is kicking in again. My skin seems to dislike very warm and cold temperatures ~ pretty difficult to manage in MN! My face looks like a tomato after a work-out, and my working out is a huge stress relief for me. I love my long, strenuous walks...they bring me peace and a good work-out.
I take an antibiotic daily, as well as apply a cream to affected areas every evening. What else can I possibly do??? __________________ "Only in the darkness can you see the stars." - Martin Luther King Jr. "Forgive others not because they deserve forgiveness but because you deserve peace." - Author Unkown |

I don't know, but check on-line and see if there's anything you can do diet-wise that might help. It might be as simple as eating/deleting something or taking a suppliment. It won't solve a life-long issue, but it may help make it tolerable. I have the Guide to Nutritional Health, but it might be in storage. If I have it available to look at, I'll see what it says. You can go to any health food store and take a look at it there as well. Some of the suggestions in it have helped me in the past.
