Hello grandmaof2angels: I don't know anything about this myself. However, since you have not yet received replies to this here on PC, I wondered if you are familiar with PsychCentral's sister website NeuroTalk? There are a lot of members there who are knowledgeable with regard to a wide variety of physiological / medical conditions. So, assuming you're not familiar, you might take a look at the forums over there & see if NT might be of interest.
