I've been taking B12 supplements for the past few months, but my last blood test showed I was still low. So now my Dr. wants me to have the injections. So I'm getting my first shot this morning. I really hope it doesn't hurt.

They don't hurt and I have one every 3 months. They are good for you and a much better source than tablets Trust me, been getting them for a few years now on a regular usually 3 monthly basis.
