I don’t feel sick. And I don’t feel like I’m getting sick. But my nose is kind of stuffed up and I keep smelling weird things that aren’t there and I have this mucusy taste in my mouth. I think I’m having sinus issues. Is there a way to clear up my sinuses? Like specific foods or something? Also can you have a small cold without actually feeling sick? I had full blown sinus issues last year. So this isn’t bad at all. The mucus part is gross and I’ve tried gum and drinking liquids and the taste won’t go away. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Vitamin C works as a preventative. When absolutely needed, I go for the strongest over the counter meds. My very favorites are Advil Cold and Sinus and, not at the same time, Mucinex Sinus Max (to get all that mucus out). Hot tea with lemon or orange, and rest to get over it faster. Sounds like you might have acid reflux (in that case take care in what Vit C you take in). Maybe see a doctor if symptoms don't go away.

I use a sinus rinse bottle with saline solution packets. Easier than a Neti pot with the same outcome. Just boil the water before using to prevent infection with amoebas in your brain.

Saline spray, Allegra and Sudafed usually helps. If you haven't already do try a humidifier as that helps the sinuses out too
