it's so aggravating to have to go more than 1x a day with OCD symptoms.

Maybe try some foods that tend to clog people up? Unripe bananas and red meat are two possibilities and generally anything with no fiber.

I have Ocd too. I know its hard but it is very good to poop. Food staying around in your intestines and colon isnt good for our bodies.
