Question Fast healthy breakfast for someone with morning sickness caused by anxiety

The title is a bit long, but I didn't know how to explain it better
When I have a bad time and I'm anxious I always have troubles having breakfast, because I feel sick (though it's just a sensation) and eating feels difficult. So, I can't eat very fast. But I do need to eat, or during the morning when I'm not at home I'll be hungry and I'll have anxiety if I can't eat because I don't have time.
I'm going to start with a job soon, for the very first time, so of course I'm anxious and I'll be even more when I begin, at least for some time (not just days, probably). I'll maybe have a moment of pause during the morning when I'll can eat something, but I'll have to wake up early and the break will be quite far...I'll need energy to focus and work and I'll need not to have also this source of anxiety while I'm there.
So...I need suggestions When I'm at home I like eating a fruit for breakfast, because it's what I find to leave me not hungry for a longer time...but I'm slow when I eat it, especially when I'm anxious...it's not easy to swallow it, don't know if it makes sense. Sometimes I eat a sort of croissant, but also this isn't easy to eat fast when I've anxiety, and it leaves me hungry in a quite short time...and however, I wouldn't like to have it every day. What I really feel like eating when I've anxiety and sickness is tea with a couple biscuits, but it's too long to prepare and drink, I don't want to wake up even earlier.
I wonder if someone has similar problems with eating in the morning and how do you do...or in general if you have ideas. I need something "easy" and fast to eat, but that gives energy, not hard to digest.
Every suggestion is welcome Hugs

I'm so sorry, BeaFlower I know what you mean. I have your same problems. Usually when I don't feel like eating much in the morning I usually just drink a cup of milk and some chocolate, or maybe some biscuits. Do you think that may work out for you? It doesn't take too much time to prepare it I believe. I hope you'll be able to find some food that works out for you. I know how you feel. It's really annoying. It's important we have breakfast though, since it's the most important meal of the day. I hope you'll be able to find something. Remember that we're here for you if you need it. Feel free to PM me anytime. Let me know if I can do something to help you. Wish you good luck! Let us know how it goes. Sending many hugs to you

Try my banana oat pancakes recipe

2 small or one large ripe bananas
5 tablespoons oat flour (or mix with buckwheat or coconut flour if preferred)
2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
pinch salt
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
a little oatmilk

Coarsely mash bananas
Mix together flour/baking powder, salt, nutmeg
Beat egg
Mix all together, add a little more milk till right consistency

Serve with maple syrup or honey - can be made in advance and last a couple of days - also nice cold with butter/syrup

Maybe some oatmeal with cinnamon sprinkled on top. Cinnamon has anti-inflammatory properties. Oatmeal likely won't aggravate your nausea and it will provide energy for quite a while through your morning.

Oatmeal is a good suggestion! Or cream of wheat with milk and sugar (or sweetener of choice). I grew up on both. Hot cereal is great. Cold cereal with fruit is also quick and easy. I'm in the US so my picture of biscuits are probably off the mark.. I see a dinner item.. I'm not a breakfast person even tho I *know* how important it's supposed to be. I just drink coffee usually. But I do get hungry after and do have anxiety and stomach issues. (Coffee bad I know) I eat a lot of fresh food as often as I can. Steel cut oatmeal is my go to not the instant kind. But you say in a hurry so I'd say go with instant. Microwave 2 minutes and they come in flavors too.. Smoothies are great. Fruits and veggies you can just drink, add yogurt etc. Whatever you really enjoy. Protein powder. Fill your belly. You could prep stuff the night before and warm it for morning?

Thank you all for taking time to write your ideas for me All sound nice, but I don't know if I could eat some of them when I have anxiety, like pancakes for example.
Yogurt sounds good, but I wonder, will it make me feel full enough for several hours?
It's difficult to have something little and easy to eat that also makes you feel full, I know...
Maybe milk could work, though I prefer tea, but milk is probably shorter to prepare...
I'm also considering eating half of a fruit, since one takes too much time, and bringing in my bag a little chocolate snack to eat on the train (not to one I'm bringing for the break). Sometimes when I go out I already have less nausea. I'm just worried my teeth won't look pretty after it, lol.
