Would you go see a doctor even if there was nothing they could do for you????
Basically is there any point to getting symptoms documented by the doctor if they can't do anything for them? |

How do you know they cant do anything? My parents always believed nothing could be done, but now i know that was because they were very uneducated, superstitious, and honestly did not understand modern medicine at all.

It's basically what some ER nurse told me, not unless 'things get worse' or in other words it's not severe enough.
So how do I know if it's time to go in instead of waiting? And when it's okay to worry about it? (cuz I don't want to be made fun of for making a big deal out of something that isn't.) We're approaching a weekend and my regular doc isn't there on Fridays. So even if it isn't severe enough for an ER visit, do I chance it over the weekend and wait until next week to see my regular doc????? How do I know what's the right thing to do? |

I think if you feel you need to see a doc even if its weekend you should consider it. You know your body best.
