Default Stress eating

How do you combat it? I've struggled forever with it. It's why I'm fat. Right now my stress level is high and my diet has gone out the window. Anyone have tips or suggestions to avoid stress eating?

Default Re: Stress eating

Honestly I look at stress eating as an unhealthy coping mechanism. I would recommend counseling for it.
