I'm just wondering if anyone has got any information on this
particularly interested in if someone has it, can they transfer it to another person if they touch them or not |

Contact dermatitis is a rash from touching something you are allergic to. So no, you can't spread it although 2 people could react from coming into contact with the same substance.
