Usually walk my dog almost daily and last week slipped in my back yard since just watered the grass, and chased my dog since his collar came off since he tugged to chase a cat or other animal. Took it easy for most of the past week and walked more yesterday and today, but my feet hurt and so do my hands. Still love to exercise since it stress reliever for me. Lately stressed and can lose weight when I get stressed, but focusing on eating enough, but eating healthy also.

Walking our dog has been my primary form of exercise for years now. And, yes, it can be a good stress reliever. Hope you can get back to feeling well again soon.

I haven't found exercise to be much help for my mental health, but I know it's good for me physically so I should do it. I'm not home enough for a dog though, so I have a cat.
