Ugh this weekend has been horrible. I have had cramps and terrible indigestion. I do not think it is caused by food. I think it is a "phantom period" - I have had a few during the ride up to menopause. Both prior attacks had me getting transvaginal ultrasounds right after they were so bad - but each time all was well. It really feels hormonal. Last week I was burning into tears over the slightest things and when I get my tom usually I have lots of indigestion.
I would really like not to go to work tomorrow but I have a dentist appointment and I already one time cancelled an appointment on no notice due to illness so I can't do it again. Also I have found sometimes that getting out of the house and not focusing on the illness seems to help.. either distract my mind or just generally make me feel better. But I am really suffering. |

I'm sorry you're experiencing this. I had a few similar episodes when I was perimenopausal.
I do think getting out of the house and keeping your mind on other things helps. splitimage |
