it started about 6 weeks ago. i suddenly felt lightheaded. i thought it might have been because i don't eat much meat and had been forgetting to take my b12 spray. it would start in the morning and get better later in the day. i did have two episodes of migraine without the headache (just visual patterns) but that went away. i have not had any headaches.

i got blood testing and my iron levels and other things were normal, as is my blood pressure. i didn't have my b12 level tested but i started to take my b12 daily anyways. my doc said it could be vertigo from an allergic reaction. i did have an allergic reaction to a new lotion about 4 months ago which lasted over a month a half but that was a while ago.

i started to eat more meat and am keeping a food diary. the fuzzyheadedness comes and goes. i have left a msg for my doc to see if he can suggest some other testing. i wish i knew what was going on..

Best wishes for success figuring this out. I experience quite a lot of lightheadedness & mild dizziness. I've sometimes referred to it as a "head-in-a-fishbowl" sort of feeling. In my case I think it's a combination of Meniere's disease, anxiety & old age...

hi skeezyks, i am sorry you also have something similar. i subscribe to a health and wellness site and got this from their email today. you probably know all this but just in case.. Do You Have Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV)?

i also talked to someone in my building and she suggested a probiotic. i might also look into magnesium supplements, or maybe turmeric in case there is inflammation left over from my allergic reaction from months before. will also try to eat even healthier.
