I don't know why it keeps happening to me. I used to weigh a healthy 150lbs and then my pancreas started hurting really bad and I was getting abdominal pain eating to gain weight. Now I'm back down to 123, and I'm underweight again. Every time I eat more, I get either get heartburn, abdominal pain, or my dumping syndrome acts on me and I go from having high to low blood sugar, nausea, fatigue. It's really hard to eat when food in general seems to make me sick. I've tried talking to my gastro about it, but he ended up rolling his eyes and not believing me, and I've had ****ing several surgeries on my esophagus ffs. How the hell is that not believable. How am I suppose to eat and be healthy without getting sick? I can't seem to eat any fat, sugar, oils, seasonings, all that allows me to gain weight. I don't know what to do anymore. Do I just accept that my body has to stay underweight? What if I end up losing more weight?

Have you tried drinking Ensure or Boost ??? They are generally easy to digest.
