Hello. Could an injury that bent my nose a while back have at least helped contribute to my current cognitive health concerns? (Things along the lines of ADD etc.)

I know any oxygen deprivation is harmful and due to the injury I get I'd say 99% of airflow through only one nostril when inhaling. It might be worth mentioning relatively shortly after this occurred I started smoking too. I know most say marijuana itself won't cause cognitive problems, but when I did I would (regrettably) usually hold my breath as long as I could - so most of my 'high' I felt was probably from the oxygen deprivation. (I smoked out of tinfoil too, again, regrettably, if that matters.)

Thank you for reading, I tried to keep it short but I can give more detail if needed of course...

I don't know anything about this. But I thought I might just mention I've had a deviated septum for... oh-h-h... over 50 years. Don't know if, or to what extent, it may or may not have affected own mental health issues. The beating I took in the process of acquiring it may well have had more of an effect than the deviated septum itself I suspect. But I don't really know...
