Hello everyone, first I'd like to wish you a happy-new-decade and hope that nothing but positive change and happiness comes your way!

I'm just wondering if anybody might have an idea of what these bunch of tiny little bumps on the back of my hand are. I searched a little online but couldn't really find anything conclusive. They're not itchy or painful or anything, just curious as to what they might be. It's mainly my right hand too, there are a few on my left but not nearly as many as my right.

Bunch of tiny bumps on back of hand?

That's the first time I heard Happy New Decade. I've gotten similar bumps from using baby oil or moisturizers with mineral oil that clogged up my pores. Dryness in winter can also cause bumps but those tend to be insanely itchy.
