I cannot tell you how many health problems have cropped up.

Now my right wrist (and some of my arm) is KILLING me. I thought it was from using my surface pro but i feel like i have been using that since march.

I suspect (and this is embarrassing) it was due to can redemption. The can machines were just opened and I took about 400+ cans to be put in the machines. And I think the repetitive movement from lifting the can to the machine and pushing it in... hurt my arm. The only thing is this was around June 1 but only seemed to show up around June 12th

I say this because yesterday I took some more cans and it seemed to hit all the spots that were on the arm.

I went out and bought an arm restraint yestderday hasn't helped.

This kind of makes it impossible to work.. I can hardly get anything done. I typed this with my left hand.

Hope things (including your wrist & arm) begin to improve for you soon. Two-thousand twenty is looking as though it may be a turning point for me health-wise. But I guess at my age it's probably to be expected. Time will tell I guess.

I hope so. This year has been so weird.

Ok now my next theory. Did you know a lot of people get wrist injuries from scooping ice cream? I purchased this "keto" ice cream on June 10th. The ice cream was weird in that it was frozen hard and it never thaws. ( due to the sugar alcohols) Harder than I ever saw and it didn't really thaw.

So I have been eating that nice cream probably daily and to eat it you have to like break off hard ice cream with the spoon that is beyond frozen solid. It is more like you chop off a piece. For every single bite.

That has to be it as it fits the time line. The only problem is that I thought of this today after finishing the container.

I think this has to be it.

I could not go back to the doctor one more time .

An ice cream injury? That ranks up there with my old panty hose injury (which is why i was in bed with a strained back watching tv when the Challenger blew up). I was going to suggest icing your sore spot, but now you've eaten up the cure!

Hey it is embarrassing enough.

Things like this only happen to me.

Of course I will tell everyone it happened wrestling down a mugger.

I’m sorry you’re in pain.

I destroyed both wrists from a baby safety pool fence. Nearly 30 years ago, I had to squeeze together the closure really hard to open it and my wrists started spraining. They never healed.

I’m on keto now and tried the chocolate covered ice cream bars. I agree, they’re really hard and the chocolate won’t stick to the ice cream and falls on me instead of getting into my mouth. It’s not worth the effort, lol. But the keto diet is working well so far.

It does sound like you weakened your arms and injured them from the motion.
Feel better soon. . Maybe try resting the arm and ice or heat the area and it will heal. I don’t mean to scare you about how my wrists never healed. That body part probably is harder to heal and I surely never was able to rest.

Sorry to hear that {{}}

I have tiny wrists too. So that doesn't help. I hope it will get better. Yesterday was really bothering me and I took motrin and I think that helped. I also got a wrist support and I think the warmth from that helps.
