to any people with medical training, would any of you be willing to 'clarify' something for me, please?!?
what exactly "is" lightheadedness?? i mean, is it a nerve thing or a vascular thing or blood vessel thing or a heart/brain thing or some other tissue/organ thing..... because each thing will land a person at a different specialist. and it is NOT the same as dizziness! |

In my experience it depends what cause this symptom, lightheadedness, it could be from not eating enough food or caused by high blood pressure medication decreasing blood pressure too much and when go from sitting to standing feel lightheaded. It’s a symptom and various tests or questions asked by the medical provider can help explain what causes it, and if not then maybe send to a different specialist.
