Even when i am sick. I feel fine. It's like I'm separated from my body. I feel achy, i feel tired, but really that's not out of the usual. I feel achy and tired a lot, even when not sick.

My brother pointed out shortness of breathe, I've been to the er twice for difficulty breathing. Passed all tests, even covid test was negative.

But still trouble breathing and i figure cause I'm 100 lbs overweight. I exercise. I'm out of shape physically despite walking and doing exercises 4 times a week. Doctors don't see anything wrong. But something is wrong unless it's just old age setting in. I'm 46. Any thought of what i can check? They ran heart check, stress test, mri cat scan all fine. Covid test negative.

It started in January at least when I first noticed it.

Is it possible this cld be anxiety-related?

I wonder if it is anxiety related. I doubt if it is related to **** (as stated twice test was negative) or to ''old age'' at 46.

hugs and respect

I made a doctor appointment but if still nothing I'll mention symptoms to my psychiatrist.

actually (maybe it is you) on another board I frequent another poster is complaining of the same problem. My suggestion is a bit out of the ordinary. There is a book called the oxygen advantage (you tube as well) that basically says we are all breathing wrong. Actually it is kind of interesting the founder of the breathing method in the books says that Asthma is caused by breathing wrong. (basically breathing through the mouth). Maybe give that a shot.

If that doesn't work I could go back to my doctor and demand further tests, an echocardiogram etc. There is such a thing called Primary Pulmonary hypertension. (though typically that involves swollen feet and ankles).

It could be weight but why chance it?

I feel for you. I had this happen to me all the time as a teenager and it was truly frustrating. They said I had somatic disorder. Now as an adult every time I go to the doctors I get some type of diagnosis and a test result shows something. Even the eye doctor found something last week. Weird how things have suddenly turned. I lost a crap ton of weight too since I was a teenager so weight means **** sometimes.

Hello there - sorry to feel you are dealing with a cornucopia of symptoms. I am 48 years old myself and tbh it might be helpful to consult an endriconologist (sp?) as well as your gynecologist. They can run tests for your metabolism and thyroid/pituitary glands etc. You could also be experiencing symptoms of peri-menopause? I am starting that myself so your symptoms seem quite familiar. May be helpful to see a specialist in food allergies too? Certain food allergies can cause fatigue, lethargy and weight gain. PLEASE don't give in to that "old age" foolishness. You are too young hun!
I wish you all the best!
