Hello, please forgive me if this is the wrong section for this topic... But around maybe a week or so ago I had a seizure and woke up on the floor with a really bad friction burn on my left big toe with at least a few layers of skin missing.
At first it just scabbed and I figured it would just heal over time and wasn't too serious, but today I checked it and it looks a bit worse and I don't know if there's an infection risk or anything or if it could possibly already be infected... Note: I don't know how to use spoilers on this forum, but the image may be a little graphic/gross and is a picture of my foot so keep that in mind https://i.ibb.co/fdjzRfQ/20200910-153118.jpg __________________ |

Dear Photonate,
I am so sorry that happened to you. That doesn't look very good. Do you think it would be helpful to see a doctor? Wish I knew what to say to help. Sincerely yours, Yao Wen |

Thank you for the reply, that's what I was hoping to get some others' opinions on, whether it has gotten bad enough that I shouldn't just let it heal on its own and see a doctor or not

By all means, see a doctor! I think it's already infected.
