Son who is 23 and daughter who is 20. They both already suffer from depression and anxiety. My son has severe social anxiety, bordering on a phobia. I shared my genes with them and that makes me so so very sad and guilty.

Same here, I have 2 daughters with ASD and 1 of them has severe anxiety and selective mutism and my son has anxiety. Try not to feel bad though.
