it was OK. They make time release now, which is probably a good thing (the standard release stuff made my stomach hurt). I got decent results using it with kava.

Yes , I find this helpful. My T recommended it and takes it himself during the winter.

I took it for a while with a bunch of more natural brain supplements... Eventually they put me on psych meds saying they'd run out of options.
