I was put inpatient yesterday morning. Ive been here before but i still hoped for something different. All they can think about is pills and then forget to give me mine. Nobody talks to me and im all alone in my room. What should get me better???

I've been inpatient twice. I guess it kept me safe at a point in my life where I was at risk. But, beyond that, I never felt it was of any benefit. It all seemed quote pointless. Anyway... please do what you can to make the best of it. I hope that, in some way, you will be able to find a path to deep peace within...

Do you have the option to go to groups of any kind while you are IP?
