Medical staff are vicious and judgmental.
The answer to the question is yes. I have no recollection of the event. It happened at the Ottawa General Hospital emergency department when I was delirious due the 5 psychiatric medications I was on. The hospital gave me a copy of my entire chart. Reading it was a learning experience and confirmed my suspicions that medical staff are just over educated people who are vicious and judgmental. -- They wrote I was malingering and probably on street drugs which I wasn't. I had actual physical symptoms that were ignored and genuine confusion. A psych resident wrote in my chart that he had no idea what was wrong with me. A doctor reviewed my records and told me I had delirium due to a serotonin-like syndrome and drug interaction. __________________ Dx: Didgee Disorder |

I've been hospitalized over a dozen times... amazingly enough I have never been retrained thankfully. While manic I could see something like that really pissing me off. I've seen others restrained though.

Never happened to me although everything else has happened which is why I have PTSD.
