Default Crutches and hospitals

I am suffering right now both physically and mentally. I'm starting to wonder if waiting Is a good idea. And then I have to use crutches. Needless to this sucks. Any tips to deal with this challenge?

Yep. I ended up having to use a walker while I was in the hospital. I wish they would have let me use a crutch or a shoe.
