Are you in the U.S.?
If so, look in the phone book for community mental health places that can help. If you don't see anything there, call your local hospital and tell them whet you are looking for; they often have resources to help you find help.
If you live near a large city or metropolitan area, search online for universities/schools with psychology programs and call to see if they offer therapy services; many do, and if not, they may be able to refer you.

I hope this helps.

I would think in the hospital, they provide outpatient mental health services that may be free, im not sure. Your work may have a employee assistance program, either yours or a family members...you can negotiate with some mental health provider, and they will work with you and your finances...just thoughts
