Default do you have a credit card

I have no job and have no credit card.
There's a saying of not to use credit card (future money)
But it's very inconvenient, there are payments that only takes credit card.

It's such a hassle.

Credit cards are great if you can pay them off; you can borrow someone else's money interest free for 30 days. Most bank ATM cards can work like credit cards now.

McAfee need credit card
Mobile fee too, so much hassle
You have to call them (takes forever to wait to talk to a real person) and they need to speak the the person who use the credit card to pay for.

PayPal too, or else it takes forever for the payment.
There are somethings you can't buy in a physical store, not in my city.

I rarely use debit card, I use money, coz this way I can see how much I am using and how much left in my wallet.
I would like to have a credit card to be convenient for living expenses, not shopping or leisure, etc.

i do not use a credit card, i have a debit card though, i use it in the same way one would use a credit card the only difference is the money comes straight out of my bank account so if there is no money in the account the card is declined. it is a far safer way to prevent getting into debt as you don't get a big bill at the end of the month.

i don't know about mc afee but paypal definitely accept debit cards.

It's a hassle not having a credit card.

takes 2 seconds to get one, and it's free to use.

That depends on the particular credit card. I pay $24 per year for my credit card. The interest is really high on my card because I defaulted on loans but I usually pay off the entire balance each month so it works well for my needs.

I don't have credit cards anymore, since I filed for bankruptcy last year. I've found a great solution in a "Virtual Visa" debit card, that I got from my bank. It's kind of a pseudo credit card designed to be used on-line or over the phone, but it takes the money straight from your bank account. It won't work in stores, but it's great for on-line shopping, I also use it as my "credit card" with paypal. I try to use Paypal for as much as possible, but for sites that don't take paypal, I use my virtual visa. I'd say it works most places. About 1% of the site's I've tried to use it on, recognize that it's not a real credit card somehow, and won't take it, but McKafe took it no problem.

I agree not having a credit card is a pain, but it is possible to manage without one.

do you have a credit card

As some of you may know, my blog is currently off-line due to some problems at my previous site host. I'm working with my web master to rebuild and get back on-line.

I have a PayPal credit card that makes using PayPal easier (instead of their having my bank account information) but I only use it places my much better credit card is a pain (online gambling account :-) or if my better credit card gets a hold placed on it for some reason, so I can still get whatever and sort my better credit card out when I get home.

If you pay off your balance every month you shouldn't have to pay extra. At least the credit cards I have work like this with no yearly fee. I prefer debit though.
