Have you contacted your insurance company to find out what happened?
My pristiq was a few dollars the first month, then for about 6 months i paid about $180 per month for 100mg per day. It was because my insurance company wanted me to use express scripts and I was using cvs. I was paying a 'penalty' for using a different pharmacy. Even now with express scripts, I think it's around $60 per month. I'd call them to find out. The savings card didn't help me either. I found it was a bit cheaper for my pdoc to write a script saying take 50mg twice per day, instead of 100mg once per day. Good luck! |

Your doc might be able to get a preauthorization. My doc was able to get authorization for Rexulti even though the it wasn't on the formulary. I had to pay the highest co-pay $60 month but I got it.
