You will need to ask the office when you call what they accept for insurance. A counseling service affiliated with a hospital is probably your best shot at accepting both your insurances.

Hello there,

I actually am a former mental health social worker and I worked for a health insurance company for years. What you can do is go to the insurance companies website. There you can find a provider directory. You should be able to search by zip code. Like you I had two insurance when I was growing up. One will be considered primary and the other secondary. You may have to call to find that out. Which ever one is primary that’s the one you want to pick your provider from their provider directory.
