I overpaid on my credit cards, and went to casino last night lost 60 bucks. I don't get paid again for two weeks. Have two checks I can't cover, one I can pull back the other my brother has and think he washed in the laundry.

But now I can't sleep cause I'm stressing about everything. I even knew my paycheck was 200 less so I don't know why I did what I did. Only one of the credit cards paid can be used, for like gas. But that only helps some.

i'm so sorry. I can certainly relate to money stress--I have it constantly.

Do you have any other possible sources of income, by chance? Even a little, like maybe, taking some clothes you don't need to sell?

Maybe you can find some workarounds here. Praying for you.

I asked my brother to hold his check, took a picture of the overpaid credit card., so he knew it was an honest mistake. I get paid again next week. But I have to really watch myself in the meantime. Too bad they don't pay the over payment back. Instead i have a credit amount on my kohls card.

Usually they will give you your overpayment if you request it. It does take several days though. I'm not sure about Kohls but it is worth a call (I think they have to give it to you but I'm not positive about that).
