I am so sorry. This might be a stupid question already thought of and answered but does she have other family or friends that would take her in for a while? Is there an emergency housing program there? Is she in school? If so, can they help? What is it like generally for LGBTQ community in Romania? I will try a search also but only post back if I find something.

It's possible, I would guess, there simply are no LGBTQ services available in Romania. I just don't know. Here's a link to a Wikipedia listing, in alphabetical order, of crisis lines in various countries. If you scroll down, you'll find Romania. Calling a crisis line for help may be at least one possible step your friend could take:

but she dont want to go them. also with the corona virus is a problem to get out of the country anytime soon. she is still in school but i think she is about to graduate soon. maybe friends can help. but its a big maybe. cuse as far as i know romania is very conservative so the way they treat LGBTQ people is not really great. |

You are right about Romania being conservative. They have legalized same sex adult relationships but it is a very conservative place. When I look, I see there are LGBTQ groups (looks like a facebook group for one) and activists. She may do best contacting those organizations/people. They may be able to help her find a safe place to go.
If she trusts a counselor or teacher at school, she could talk with them. I hope your friend gets the support she needs---glad she has you to talk with. __________________ "...don't say Home / the bones of that word mend slowly...' marie harris |
