I want yo know more a bout OCD. I had encephalitis at 17 and developed tonic clonic epilepsy. Medications concentrated on anticonvulsants and after and abandonment Running away from home became a habit and the result of a psychological test taken December 2017 was that I a compulsive. I am now under a Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy. I really want to live well and in a health way. Can anyone share their thoughts on how to be mindful and less compulsive? Thank you.
