So I’ve been diagnosed with ocd about half a year ok and it’s gotten a lot better but today I was in the bath if I suddenly got a intense impulse that I had been fighting for months and this time i caved in and ending up shaving all my pubic hair. I have no idea why I did it and honestly I wish I didn’t. I also have impulses to pluck my eyebrows and pluck them at least 3 times a week

Hello MysticArcher: Thank you for bringing your concern here to PC. Welcome to Psych Central. Your concern is not one I am familiar with myself. However here is a link to an article by our host Dr. John Grohol, Psy.D., from Psych Central's archives, on the subject of OCD. The article also provides links to a number of additional articles on the subject:

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

And then here's a link to a thread from back in 2014 on the subject of trichotemnomania:

Trichotemnomania - hair cutting disorder

I hope you find PC to be of benefit.
