I saw my doctor on Thursday. I’ve mostly been talking about other things. Bipolar, psychotic disorder, eating disorder, self harm.

But I’ve been having obsessive thoughts and rituals again. So I was honest with my doctor finally. I’ve been diagnosed with OCD now. I’ve been living with rituals and intrusive thoughts since I was a kid.

On one hand being honest gave me this sense of relief that it’s finally out there, but on the other hand I’m drowning in my thoughts. I started repeatedly washing my hands again. Driving me insane.
