My therapist is leaving 7 Cups on Sunday (and i’ve Been crying a bit because of it). She was really emphasizing that I should seek out an OCD specialist in person, but the thing is my symptoms are currently low and so I don’t think it’s really worth it to start looking now. But should I still seek out a specialist as soon as possible anyways regardless of whether my anxiety is low or not?

I'm so sorry you're hurting so much, Dannii91 Yes, I'd suggest to still reach out to a professional if you can even if your symptoms are low right now. It may get worse in the future. I believe it's important to reach out to a profession and ask for help! That way you'll be able to cope with your feelings and learn some new coping skills! I'd say definitely try to get as much help as you can! You deserve it! You deserve to get better and to feel good! You deserve to live an happy life just like everyone else does! Keep fighting! You're a strong, wonderful person! You're awesome! You're strong! You're a warrior! I believe in you! We all believe in you! We're all rooting for you!
