I'm going to try to keep this short as possible.

But I have an OCD problem. Yesterday I had a major setback in my progress towards recovering. I've had this problem for as long as I can remember. Yesterday I made a prediction in my head that I would arrive somewhere at a certain time and i ended up arriving at that time. i cant tell if its a coincidence, or something beyond that - a universal thing. Plus, i have a fear of things feeling cursed. i feel like this week is cursed because of my ocd.

So Ive been feeling angry all because of the situation from yesterday. i also feel angry because having ocd makes me feel helpless.

What is the solution to OCD obsessions causing me to feel anger? How do you get over things feeling cursed because of OCD? Dealing with anger for having OCD obsessions?

I'm sorry you are having to deal with this. I don't know as I really have any answers. I've never been diagnosed as having OCD, although I certainly do have some OCD-like behaviors & thought patterns. Anger is also something I'm familiar with. Here are links to 2 articles, from PC's archives, that offer suggestions for managing one's anger. They don't relate to OCD in particular. But, hopefully, what they suggest can still be of some help:

How to Manage Your Anger

Dealing with Anger Constructively

My own approach to handling my anger is to meet it mindfully with compassionate abiding. Here's a link to a description of the practice just in case you're not familiar with it:

Relieve Distress By Allowing It: Compassionate Abiding 101 | Mindset: Perspective Is Everything

May it be of benefit.
