hello,
I'm looking for any good apps to help with my compulsions or "habits". I suffer from trichotrillomania and other body focused compulsions. I'm a very self-conscious person to begin with so being a guy with no eyebrows brings me a new level of anxiety. I'm at the point where I half-jokingly tell my wife I'm going to buy a taser that she can use on me whenever I pull my eyebrow hair or bite my nails. She seems to be on board... I'm also studying how to design apps for people so I'm combining my own quest to better manage my behavior with my final project in making my own app design. I'm hoping some other apps can help me and my project, two birds kind of thing. Thanks for any feedback in advance. #firstpost |

The article also provides links to a number of additional articles on the subject: Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) I don't know if any of these will be of any interest to you.
