Default Relationships

Hi all, I have a type of OCD called ROCD. It gives me bad thoughts about my relationship with my boyfriend. I would have bad thoughts about wanting to meet to guys and go out dating again and the thoughts would upset me and scare me. Theyíd make me think that I shouldnít be with my boyfriend anymore and Iíd be upset. Well today that didnít happen, I had thoughts about being single and dating again and the thought didnít bother me or upset me like last time. Now Iím thinking does this mean my thoughts are a reflection of how I feel. So now Iím nervous. Can anyone assist me with dilemma.

I'm sorry I don't think I can really be of help with this. But I noticed no one had yet replied to your post. So I thought I would. Here are links to some articles, from PC's archives, on the subject of ROCD:

May they be of benefit.
