Hi there!
I'm 25. I've been on and off this website for 8 years. Wowza. I have had an assortment of issues but one I have never told anyone about is that I started puling my hair out when I was 10. I do it in such a way as to not let myself go bald HOWEVER I recently noticed in a video I took that the back center of my head is starting to look really thin and it freaked me out A LOT. I got a therapist about a month ago for an assortment of things. It's the first time i've ever spoken to someone licensed and i'm excited about this huge step in my life. I have mentioned to them in our first session that I pull my hair out but we've mainly focused on my more pressing issues in our last 3 sessions. How should I go about pushing the hair issue to them? I do it without even thinking anymore and I really want to stop. I reallly want to stop. What's the best way for me to utilize my sessions with them? |
