Weeeell

I have been away for our annual company conference for the past couple of days. It is about 60 of us from both Auckland and Wellington offices in our division of the company. It is all updates and getting to know each other and what is going on in the business and where we are going and eating and drinking and training and team building stuff etc.

So I wasn't exactly the most enthusiastic about going cos its a *lot* of energy and stuff ... but it was good in a way, kept me distracted, and stuff.

I did end up having to do a presentation my boss had partly written (she is in San Francisco at present) with fifteen minutes notice thanks to our Exec Director telling me he thought it would be a good idea ... !!!!!!!!!!!! Got a really nice compliment on it from the managing director though ... (he is very hot as well I survived Conference!)

So all in all I very happy to be home n chilling out this weekend though.

I hope everyone is well I survived Conference!

Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!

Tis really stressful when you have to keep interacting and 'contributing' and being bouncey.

I'm glad it turned out to be a positive experience for you. I survived Conference! Getting a presentation pulled together in 15 minutes and then receiving a compliment on it doesn't sound like an easy thing to do.
