It depends on what you're struggling with, Xeero Gusteaux II! I've heard there's a VERY good site called 12 Cups Of Tea if you're interested in trying it! Do you see a therapist? Maybe that could help you! You could learn new ways to cope with your feelings if you haven't already of course! Hopefully he/she will be able to help you! Please DO consider it if you're not seeing one ALREADY, ok? If you're feeling suicidal, please DO consider calling an hotline! I feel like THAT may REALLY help you out! There are plenty of other resources available and I hope other PC users will be able to HELP YOU OUT and indicate them to you and give you some advice and suggestions! Let me know if that's what you were asking for or if I COMPLETELY misunderstood you! I'll be glad to correct myself if that's the case! Please keep us updated as much as you possibly CAN and LET US KNOW what you decide to do, ok? Sending many hugs to you, Xeero Gusteaux II!

what I can tell you is that when ever I want to find websites I use google. I google my problems and that gives me lots of information, websites and forums to visit based on my own problems and needs and wants.

my suggestion is google your problems and you will be able to make your own decisions of what websites you would like to visit.

blah therapy and 7 cups are 2 really good support sites. they are sites where you can chat online to a trained listener their and then

with both sites, you are completely hidden (they give you a random screen name just for that session)

with 7 cups, their's also the oppotunity to register- which is good, for instance, if you would like to update a listener who you spoke to on your progress

Getting yourself out is a key component to recovery and a healthy lifestyle. Whether that be mental health related or not. It is the isolation we often place ourselves in that makes everything seem so much worse and rather hopeless or dreary.

I was where you are - until I started to drag myself out. At first it was a Mood Disorders Support Group. I for the first time didn't feel so alone. For a while, the once weekly meeting was my only outing. As things improved I got a little social with the other participants. Yes, it was very difficult to keep going at first but eventually I looked forward to each meeting. Gradually too it became easier to do other things in general.

Volunteering has been a great help to me. It gives me a way of feeling as though I contribute, have value, and 'working' yet without the investment of myself and in particular the worry over my performance. Volunteering has been a blessing.

I still have problems with self worth but that has significantly improved since I started involving myself in things. One thing that has in turn improved as a result is my sense that I deserve things, I deserve some happiness. For example, I deserve to make myself happy doing art - which not only is a pleasant distraction but incredibly therapeutic. I've been down lately and dragging out my art supplies has allowed me to feel worthwhile again. Perhaps there is a hobby you might find some self worth out of too.

So, in addition to getting yourself out, finding ways to contribute, and please yourself are important therapy also.

Do you mean other forums? I think it may be against the guidelines to talk about that. Also do you care to elaborate? Is PC stressing you out? Is it just not helping you the way you need? What is it you need?

Off the top of my head, here are some other places: a helpline (a warm line), a suicide hotline, your therapist, calling a friend or family member, journaling, going for a walk outside (being in nature really helps me feel better as well as the endorphins from walking).
