Hello everybody.
I have been taking medication for my schizoid-paranoid symptoms for about two years till now . But now it seems like some psychological issue is surfacing . This is the three main things i am experiencing with respect to my own observations . 1) feeling the sting of a bad memory_ (this one occured when my psychosis started to developp)_ and worrying about not forgeting about it , and also worriying about the fact that it can add up to something else like my psychosis which will make the situation worse sooner or later . 2) intrusive toughts in the form of false memories which are uncontrollable and i end up going in believing them much more further by entering in a longue inner dialogue. 3) the fear of being stuck in a vicious cycle and not being able to break it or get loose from it. |

I struggle with all three things you mentioned. I am schitzo-affective and schitzophrenic too. I was having psychosis a few years ago ended up on psych ward and put on clozapine which helped greatly!! I am not usually one to suggest pills but they really helped. I am having problems still with false memories but can tell they are false and not true, meaning I can see the difference when the bad thoughts come along. Good luck!!

Yes, I must agree with the wise, wonderful amandalouise, @ProactivX. Please definitely schedule an appointment with a good doctor or psychiatrist. They'll be able to help, certainly better than we can do here. Please be kind to yourself. Remember that it's for your own good. I am DEEPLY SORRY that you're struggling SO MUCH! Feel free to PM me anytime. I can't diagnose you but I can listen. I'm sure plenty of others will listen as well. KEEP FIGHTING, MY AWESOME, DEAR, KIND AND SWEET FRIEND! Sending many safe, warm hugs to you and your family, ProactivX!
