Is there a way to get out of this mindset? I also have major depressive disorder, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, binge eating disorder, dissociative personality disorder, psychosis, and early stages of schizophrenia. I feel like I'm losing my mind and idk what to do. Im 19 and this has always been my life i don't know anything else. I feel like this life isnt even real. I swear im just a puppet on strings. You're NOT crazy, @pricehaylein. That's important to recognize, first of all I'm so sorry for what you're going through. Please hang in there. Are you currently getting help for your MI struggles? Are you seeing a therapist and a Pdoc? If you are, you've already done half the job. The other half will consist on you working with them so that you'll learn to be able to lead a normale life. Were those MIs you've posted ALL of your diagnoses or only some of them are? Focus on what has been officialy diagnosed to you for now. If there are other things you're struggling with they'll come out at their own time and pace. Don't get too ahead of yourself. Just keep working on yourself I'm glad you've found this Forum. You'll find support here. I hope you have support IRL as well. Please make yourself at home and feel free to PM me ANYTIME when you need advice and support. I'm sure others will be able to help you as well. Sending many safe, warm hugs to BOTH you and your family, pricehaylein! KEEP FIGHTING AND KEEP ROCKING!

Somatic symptoms are your minds way dealing with emotional overload. It's not very nice when you are unable to control body movements. It can be shameful and embarrassing. No you are not crazy. You do have many issues that are happening.
Please try to be gentle with yourself as much as possible. I have found that writing things down helps it to get out of my head. Are you seeing a good psychiatrist and therapist? Take one day at a time or even five minutes at a time if this is what helps you through.
