I do not want to phone a ''crisis'' line
 but I am almost in ''crisis'' a few things are pushing me closer to the edge but I ''can cope'' everything will be …. ''ok''  (eta I tend not to like the language I used in my post... I do not live somewhere where the ''mental health services'' are... evolved... imo. enough said ) (I do not ''use'' what is offered as I have not found it helpful, even the meds... disagree with me... )I had a conversation with my husband today (no ''huge deal'' - I, or my stuff, seems to ''trigger'' him at times but he says there is not a problem and he doesn't want to talk to anyone, even as an experiment and its me who has ''avoidant personality disorder'' ...  He is very ''functional'' but he does not like talking to people.. in a sense I don't blame him I have not found many people to be trustworthy (in real life )

It would have been a mistake to phone that ''line''
what reason have they given me to trust them NONE I am f.i.ne. respect to all have a great day ETA thank you to the two good friends who have helped me to … live and love to Fight another day
